If you can’t wait until the WWDC 2014 keynote on Monday, we’ve got another interesting Apple video to tide you over this weekend.
The complete interview with Apple’s Eddy Cue and Jimmy Iovine has been posted online. Click here if you can’t see it.
The pair spoke with Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher late Wednesday night at the first annual Code Conference.
As expected, a big topic of conversation was Apple’s acquisition of Beats Electronics for $3 billion. Announced earlier in the day, Iovine will join Apple in a full-time role as part of the deal.
Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of software and services, said the Beats Music service was “subscription music done right.”
He also offered a nice tease on what to expect from Apple later this year, saying “we’ve got the best product pipeline that I’ve seen in my 25 years at Apple.”
Among other topics, Iovine said a major part of his new job at Apple is to help bridge the culture gap between Hollywood and Silicon Valley.
