As expected, Apple’s annual “Back to School” promotion will kick off tomorrow, Tuesday, July 1, for the United States and other countries.
That’s according to MacRumors, who has more information about what to expect:
According to a source who spoke to MacRumors, Apple's 2014 Back to School promotion will be similar to the 2013 promotion, providing students with a $100 App Store gift card for the purchase of a new Mac or a $50 App Store gift card with the purchase of an iPad or iPhone.During previous years, all Apple devices except for the Mac mini have been eligible for the promotion. Apple will usually offer discounts on printers during the same time period, as well. To take advantage of the offer, you will need to provide a valid student ID at the time of purchase. Apple Store employees will be changing the glass window displays at their locations overnight tonight.
