Google has recently announced that it is opening up the Google Wallet Instant Buy API for iOS developers to add into their apps.
Designed to make checking out easier for shoppers, Google offers easy integration with existing payment processors, secure payments with 24/7 fraud monitoring, and no Google fees.
Before the larger rollout, Google has been working with partners like B&H Photo, Eat24, Fancy, Newegg, Sionic Mobile, and Wish to integrate the service into their apps.
In a blog post, Google touted the success other merchants have had with the service, including an increase in purchase conversion rates and higher order value.
If you’d like to sign up for the Google Wallet Instant Buy Service, visit Google’s site now. Google has also posted Instant Buy iOS SDK documentation and integration process.
Most merchants, according to Google, can finish integration in less than a week.
