There’s even more reason to download the money-saving Groupon app. The company has just rolled out its Freebies mobile coupon network to iOS device users. Originally launched late last year, the platform includes 30,000 digital coupons, promotion codes, sales, giveaways, and samples redeemable online or in-store via mobile devices. That covers more than 6,000 national brands and 245,000 physical locations. And to help celebrate Freebies landing on iOS devices, here are some digital coupons buyers can take advantage of from the app:
Best Buy – 20 percent off regular-priced small appliances Aeropostale – 20 percent off any in-store purchase Kohl’s - $10 off select Father’s Day gifts of $30 or more Banana Republic Factory Store - additional 15 percent off any purchase Uber - $25 off first ride for new customersA universal app designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad/iPad mini, Groupon can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. Users will not need to update the app to take advantage of Freebies. Freebies is currently only available in the United States. Groupon has plans to expand the platform internationally by the end of 2014.
