Portrait-Editing App Facetune Updated With New Tools And Other Features
June 20, 2014
The popular photo-editing app Facetune has just received a notable update.
The update introduces several new features that make retouching and adding artistic flair to selfies and portraits easier.
In the app's Canvas section, there's a couple of tools labeled Rotate and Flip. As their names suggest, these tools let you rotate your photos left or right and flip them upside down or mirror-image style.
There's also a new Resize tool in the Reshape section, enabling you to enlarge or shrink a specific area of your image (e.g. a nose).

Facetune now also lets you easily apply filters one on top of another and adjust the width of a frame by swiping over the image.
The latest update to Facetune also fixes bugs that have been plaguing the Red-eye & Reshape tools.
Facetune for iPhone and Facetune for iPad are available on the App Store for $2.99 and $3.99, respectively.
Facetune was originally launched in March last year for iPhone and iPod touch. It was released for iPad and iPad mini in September.
