Quickly And Easily Edit Your Videos On The Fly With This New iOS App

If you've been looking for a simple app that offers quick and easy video editing options even on the fly, you're in luck. An app that does just that has just been launched on iOS in the form of Fly.
For each editing session, Fly lets you work with up to four different video clips. You can import videos from your camera roll or shoot new ones between seven seconds and five minutes in length right in the app (mind you, vertical video syndrome sufferers: only landscape mode is supported). It even lets you make multi-angle videos using up to four devices.
Fly truly shines when it comes to editing. With no frills whatsoever, the app simply lets you tap to cut to another video, swipe for a dissolve transition, tap two clips for split-screen, and two-finger tap for picture-in-picture.
It also lets you trim and rearrange clips and add music and voiceover to your creations.
Optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 7.0 or later, Fly is available now on the App Store for free.
Note that most of the app's features are available via in-app purchase packs: the Gesture Pack (for adding dissolve transitions, split-screen, and picture-in-picture), the Audio Pack (for adding music and voiceover), and the Clips Editor (for trimming and rearranging clips). Each pack costs $2.99, but all three may be unlocked via a single $4.99 in-app purchase called Fly Essentials.
