Popular fitness app RunKeeper has just received another notable update with the move to version 4.6
The updated app tweaks some of the social settings. Along with making it easier to find family and friends and add them to your network, the after-activity screen has been changed.
After completing a run, or other activity, users go directly to the Activity Feed and view their information along with runs by friends and family.
Before posting activity information to Facebook and Twitter, users can also review and adjust what information they want to share.
For Elite members, the recently introduced Goal Coach is now equipped with progress notifications to help stay on track.
Finally, the app has added support for two new languages – Simplified Chinese and Korean.
Designed for the iPhone/iPod touch, RunKeeper can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. An Elite membership can be unlocked with an in-app purchase of $39.99 per year or $9.99 per month.
