Numerous app developer previews their Notification Center widget for iOS 8

Developer of the handy app Numerous has recently shown off how they plan to leverage the revamped Notification Center in iOS 8.
As you probably know, Apple is opening up the view to third-party developers. And Numerous founder John Scalo hasn’t wasted any time designing a widget for the app.
In a blog post, Scalo details some of the great work he’s done and how it will look in iOS 8.
Launching in May, Numerous really does look like the perfect type of app to use the functionality. As its name suggests, the app helps users keep track of all the important numbers in their lives.
That can be anything from the price of a Bitcoin all the way to the number of Twitter followers or the surf conditions at a specific beach.
Designed for the iPhone/iPod touch, you can downloaded Numerous now for free on the App Store.
First unveiled at WWDC 2014 back in June, iOS 8 is expected to be released to the public sometime this fall.
Back in June, Philips also showed off a concept of its Notification Center widget.
