Apple has just released OS X Yosemite Developer Preview 6. Registered developers can now download it through the Mac App Store.
The new version comes exactly two week after preview 5 was unveiled back in early August.
First announced back at WWDC in June, OS X Yosemite is expected to be released to the public sometime later this fall.
Recent reports suggest that even though it features some tight integration with iOS 8, it could be as late as October before the desktop operating system arrives.
Yosemite is a major design shift from previous versions of OS X featuring a modern, iOS 7 like UI.
