The popular online ticketing and event organization platform Eventbrite has just launched a new app called Eventbrite Neon.
“Like a bright glowing neon sign that tells guests you’re open for business, Eventbrite Neon helps you bring more people into your event,” the company notes in a new blog post.
Designed for event organizers of all levels of experience, Eventbrite Neon offers quick and easy access to traditional brick-and-mortar event entry and box office management functions right from an iOS device.
As an event organizer, you can use Eventbrite Neon to:
- Monitor real-time ticket sales, trends and attendance from their event dashboard
- Accept fast, secure payments for tickets and merchandise, and issue tickets on the spot
- Get attendees into events faster with reliable ticket scanning and guest check-in
- Process customer requests from anywhere, including ticket reissues, cancellations, and refunds
Note that Eventbrite Neon comes by way of the 5.0 update to Eventbrite’s Entry Manager app. It also replaces Eventbrite’s At The Door box office app, which has been pulled from the App Store. Effectively, Eventbrite Neon combines the capabilities of those two apps into one.
