GoodReader update optimizes the app for the iPhone 6, adds iOS 8 features

September 26, 2014

Popular PDF management app GoodReader has just been updated to version 4.5. And the new version should make iOS 8, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6 Plus users quite happy.

First, the app is now optimized for the larger screens of Apple’s newest handsets.

Anyone running iOS 8 can also take advantage of two new features. With Handoff, users can begin reading on one iOS device and continue on another, exactly where they left off.

Users can now also import and export from iCloud Drive. A number of other storage options are also available, including Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and more.

A universal app designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad/iPad mini, GoodReader can be downloaded now on the App Store for $2.99.
