Joy of Cooking 2.0 serves universal support plus iOS 8 and iPhone 6 optimizations
Joy of Cooking has just been served a rather sweet update.
Joy of Cooking is the official iOS edition of the bestselling cookbook of the same name, which was first published way back in 1931:
Joy of Cooking, the first cookbook in many kitchens, is now the must-have app for every cook—experts and beginners alike. Containing the entire contents of the latest edition of the bestselling and best-loved, 1,132-page book, the app is a treasury of recipes, reference materials, and special features that make planning and cooking easier than ever.
Released for iPad and iPad mini last May, Joy of Cooking has just been updated to version 2.0 with universal support for iPhone and iPod touch. In addition, it has been optimized for iOS 8 and enhanced with high-resolution graphics for the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus.

The app offers no in-app purchases and requires no additional content to be downloaded since all materials are already included at the outset.
