Apple CEO Tim Cook will speak this afternoon at the Goldman Sachs Technology and Internet Conference
For the first time since 2013, Apple CEO Tim Cook will address the Goldman Sachs Technology and Internet Conference. Apple is providing a live stream of the discussion. The event will start at 3:30 p.m. EST, and you can head here to listen to it live on Apple’s site.
Outside of Apple media events and a limited other amount of engagements, Cook doesn’t usually spend a lot of time speaking in public. So it will be interesting to see what he has to say. Some topics he could address include the upcoming launch of the Apple Watch, the company’s record first quarter of fiscal year 2015, and more.
While Cook didn’t speak at the event in 2014, he did address the conference the previous year. Some of the topics he discussed then included the cannibalization of the iPad, Apple’s leadership, and the company’s future.
He also took the time to address the group in 2012.
We’ll be listening and let you know what Cook says to the group. I’m hopeful we’ll even hear a little more about the Apple Watch.
