Apple surprisingly releases the first beta version of iOS 8.3 to developers

Apple's Software
February 9, 2015

Apple hasn’t even released iOS 8.2 to the general public, but it has just seeded the first beta version of iOS 8.3 to developers. It can be downloaded now through the Apple Developer Center site.

So far, the new software seems to be sporting a couple of new features. Along with wireless CarPlay capability, we’ve spotted a new emoji picker, and support for Google’s two-factor authentication system. The software also introduces Apple Pay support in China.

As for iOS 8.2, Apple released the fifth beta version to registered developers exactly a week ago.

The major feature of that software is support for the new Apple Watch. Even though the device won’t hit the market until April, iOS 8.2 could be released sometime next month.

I’m glad to see Apple so focused on improving iOS 8. While I’ve enjoyed my iPhone 6 Plus, the software issues have been annoying.
