For a good scare this Halloween, jump inside the iLovecraft Collection
With Halloween almost here, the latest collection from iClassics has just hit the App Store. The iLovecraft Collection features three interactive masterpieces – Dagon, The Hound, and The Window – from horror and suspense master H.P. Lovecraft.
Much like the previous apps from the developer, iPoe and iDickens, the iLovecraft Collection can easily be described as an interactive library of stories. The tales are the original from the writer, but iClassics has brought the stories into the modern age with illustrations, animations, and interactive pages.
There’s even more than a 35-minute long soundtrack to accompany the stories. Also included is a biography and sketchbook of Lovecraft.
Navigating through each story is quick and easy. You can jump to any page in the table of contents. And anytime you leave the app, it will automatically remember your place when you return.
The iLovecraft Collection is a universal app designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad/iPad mini. It can be downloaded now on the App Store for $2.99. The stories are available in four languages – English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
