It utilizes your iPhone’s accelerometer to sense movements, so you’ll have to place it just inside your sheets. You’re able to perform a placement test in order to ensure everything’s working properly. Then just set your alarm window and Sleep Cycle will wake you up at the optimal time. It includes detailed statistics and sleep graphs, 15 alarm melodies, shake to snooze, and Health app integration.

It’s survival of the fittest in oh my giraffe. You get to play as an adorable giraffe with a stretchy neck. As you trot along, you’ll have to stretch that neck high up to reach the dangling fruit. But the big and scary cats of the savanna have you on their menu instead of fruit. Chomp at the vines that the fruit dangle from to bounce them off your back and into the face of the lions that are in chase. When the night comes, try to eat as much fruit as you can since the big, bad lions will be sleeping.

They’re able to explore the inside of restaurants and houses, go swimming in the pond, camp out in the park, or simply hang out in their room. Each location is its own mini adventure with tons of interactions to discover. The app includes a total of 21 characters and five animals to play with, and seven locations to explore.

Stickyboard 2 ($4.99 → Free, 1.8 MB): Stickyboard turns your iPad into a giant whiteboard with a never-ending stack of sticky notes. It’s ideal for pretty much anyone who needs to track thoughts or map ideas.

Sticky notes of different sizes and colors can be created by double-tapping on the whiteboard. They can also be moved and resized with a tap and drag of your finger. You’re able to select and organize multiple sticky notes by first dragging your finger over them, and then using three-finger swipe gestures to choose a layout. The app also includes the ability to write on the whiteboard with different colored markers, undo and redo, a gallery view, and the ability to share your stickies as a PDF or text.

Instamory – Photo Matching Game for Instagram ($0.99 → Free, 5.5 MB): A memory game that will never get old. Instamory is for those who enjoy memory games and have an Instagram account.

Instamory utilizes Instagram’s database of more than 150 million photos to provide you with endless images to memorize and match. The game can be played with up to three other people, and you can choose what types of photos are displayed by searching for specific tags. Of course, you can also login to your Instagram account and play with your own photos. The app also includes the ability to “like” your favorite Instagram photos.
