Use the new PepFeed app to help research that perfect tech gadget to purchase
You’ve found that perfect tech gadget, but first comes the hard part – actually doing the shopping. With so many different products available from a wide assortment of online and brick-and-mortar retailers, it’s sometimes hard to find accurate information and the lowest possible price.
But a new app named PepFeed is looking to make that entire process easier. Along with finding the best deal, users of the app can view a nice amount of information about more than 10,000 tech products. Some examples include product videos, reviews, and more.
And searching for a specific product is a breeze. If you don’t want to actually type the name of the product, you can search for something by simply capturing any type of text mentioning the product name – even a label inside the store or in a written publication.
I even was able to pull up information about the iPhone 6s Plus by just taking a photo of the words “iPhone 6s Plus” on my computer screen.
If you’ve decided to make a purchase, that can even be done directly from the app. For those deal hunters out there, you can also save a product and the app will automatically notify you when the price drops.
PepFeed is designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and can be downloaded now on the App Store for free.
