Change adds a bit of a style to a normally dull app category. You’re able to choose the currencies you’re converting from and to by swiping across the fields at the top of the screen. As you swipe, you’ll see the conversions instantly performed. You’re also able to reorder, activate, and deactivate currencies by tapping on the “+” button at the bottom of the screen. Change includes a total of 85 currencies.

Cuecard focuses on visual cues instead of text. When recording a new task, simply choose from a vast library of built-in cues or create your own from a photo. You’re able to attach notes if need be, but the idea is to keep things simple. Then whenever you want to see what needs to be done, just glance at your grid of visual cues. Cues that are more important than the rest can be highlighted in red.

Stopwatch+: Accurate Mechanical Analog Timepiece ($2.99 → Free, 18.9 MB): Record and share your lap times with this professional quality stopwatch app. Those who enjoy and appreciate skeumorphic design.

Stopwatch features a realistic timer, complete with clicking sounds. Tap the button in the lower left corner to start the timer and tap again to record a lap. You’re able to record as many laps as you’d like and view them in a scrollable list. Your list can also be shared via email.
