If you own an Apple Watch, you know what it means to “close your rings.” For added motivation, Apple has now introduced a special website to help you close your three rings each day.

On the website, you’ll find words of encouragement as you seek to close your move, stand, and exercise rings each day. You’ll also see how-to instructions to push your Apple Watch exercise goals to new levels. The new site also serves as a marketing tool, of course.

On Apple Watch, you can compete to close three so-called rings each day. The Stand ring requires that you are upright for a least one minute during at least 12 hours each day. To close the Exercise ring, you must complete at least 30 minutes of activity at or above the level of a brisk walk. Finally, the Move ring help keep track of your burned active calories. You can change this number to suit your needs.

This isn’t the first new Apple website to launch this week. A new site focused on the company’s ARKit is also online.
