The second beta version of iOS 10.2 is now available to registered developers over-the-air or through Apple’s Developer Center. It arrives exactly one week after the first beta of the software was released.
New emoji and more
The software features a number of new features. Photographers should be happy to hear about the new Preserve Camera Settings feature. Instead of completely resetting after each time the Camera app is closed, you can select to preserve the last camera mode, photo filter, and Live Photo setting.
Also included is three new wallpaper options, a video widget, and some new emoji.
We’ve also gotten our first look at the TV app.
At the same time, Apple also released the second beta of watchOS 3.1.1 and tvOS 10.1.
