Apple Releases tvOS 11.4, watchOS 4.3.1 Beta 2 to Developers

Along with the release of the second iOS 11.4 beta, Apple has just seeded tvOS 11.4 and watchOS 4.3.1 beta 2 to registered developers.
The only major addition found so far in tvOS 11.4 is the re-introduction of AirPlay 2. If you also have an iOS device with an iOS 11.4 beta installed, the Apple TV will appear in the Home app.
There have been no major additions found in watchOS 4.3.1, so it more than likely focuses on behind-the-scenes improvements.
