For the second time in less than a week, Apple has released a new beta of iOS 10.1. The third beta version is available to registered developers and can be downloaded now over-the-air or through Apple’s Developer Center.
A beta barrage
The major new feature in the software is Portrait mode for iPhone 7 Plus users. Demonstrated at the special media event in September, the feature will automatically blur out the background while keeping the subject of the photo in focus. The look is also known as the bokeh effect.
Apple also released the third beta versions of watchOS 3.1 and tvOS 10.0.1.
We’ll let you know if we find any major new features in the software.
