Here's How to Find the Snowy Apple Store Easter Egg
A new Apple Store easter egg has been discovered that will put you (perhaps even more) in the holiday spirit. Here’s how to uncover it.
Through the Apple Store app for iOS, type “Let it Snow” on the search bar and hit “Enter.” Once you do, snow will begin falling on the screen. Shake your device watch the snow begin to move. The snow will continue to fall regardless of where you are in the app. However, this easter egg doesn’t work on the Apple Store via the web.
“Let It Snow” is one of the earliest holiday-themed songs created. It was written by lyricist Sammy Cahn and composer Jule Styne in July 1945. Ella Fitzgerald, Andy Williams, and Rod Stewart have recorded versions of the song over the years, among others.
