Aumi Wants to Help Improve Daily Life for Anyone on the Autism Spectrum

July 19, 2019

The new app Aumi is built by and for anyone on the autism spectrum.

Developed by 18-year-old Ethan Shallcross, the new self-care app wants to help make everyday life a little bit easier and to reduce anxiety, burnout, and meltdowns.

In the multi-faceted app, users can log their activity through the day to help prevent burnout.

You can view mood and energy levels over time in easy-to-understand graphs. That can help provide a way to plan a day without feeling exhausted.

The app will provide periodic notification to help log a current mood. It’s also possible to log energy level and mood with a Control Center widget.

A profile section will let you tell people about yourself easily.

To help carry out tasks in a stressful situation, there is also a checklists section.

Aumi is designed for the iPhone and can be downloaded now on the App Store for $2.99.
