The app allows you to create a workout plan routine with more than 100 exercises.
You can see your progression over time and set personal bests. All workout data is synced with Apple Health.
It also supports both imperial and metric weights.
Workout Plan Bot is designed for the iPhone and can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. With the free version, you can create unlimited workouts and three custom routines.
For unlimited routines, you’ll need to subscribe to the premium version of the app for $2.99 per month or $29.99 yearly.
You’ll also be able to view charts to measure workout performance, export data to JSON to use it in another tool, and to share and receive routines.
