Byte Offers Another Avenue for Users to Create Short-Form Videos

Vine is back, kind of. The new app Byte is developed by a co-creator of the ill-fated app and offers the same six-second videos.
Anyone who used the Vine app, which was purchased and then shut down by Twitter, should be right at home with Byte.
You can video six-second, vertical videos and even create your own. On the search tab, there is a wide variety of different categories to select from. It’s also easy to create a profile page and customize it with a photo and more.
While Vine was hugely popular in its time, there are now a wide variety of other similar apps, most notably TikTok and Snapchat.
Byte is just for iPhone and can be downloaded now for free on the App Store.
