Google Maps Updated With Support for the iPhone X
The popular third-party navigation app Google Maps has just been updated with support for the iPhone X.
The popular navigation app now takes advantage of the full, taller screen of the iPhone X.
You can download version 4.41 of the app now.
The update also provides a number of bug fixes.
Google Maps is designed for the iPhone and all iPad models. It can be downloaded now on the App Store for free.
Earlier this month, Google brought a slate of other improvements to the app.
First up, the different maps – driving, navigation, transit, and explore – better highlight the most relevant information.
For example, gas stations in the navigation view. Also arriving were revised icons and color schemes.
Earlier this week, the trio of Google Docs apps for iOS – Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides – also received an update with iPhone X compatibility.
