The highly-acclaimed platformer Dead Cells has made its way to the App Store.
Described as a roguevania action platformer, get ready for a lot of combat. The 2D game has been redesigned with a great interface for both your iPhone or iPad. You can customize the controls, including changing the button position and sizing.
You’ll play as a failed alchemic experience and try to explore a huge castle that always changing. Gamers will have a number of different weapons available to battle all kinds of enemies, including bosses.
And death isn’t the end. You can unlock new levels after every death and take the path that is most intriguing.
There are two different game modes available, the original and an auto-hit mode. That will automatically melee attack.
I’ve been playing Dead Cells for a little more than a week and have definitely been impressed.
The pixel art looks beautiful on both the iPhone and iPad screen, and I’ve spent more than a few hours trying to master the combat against the different enemies. Being able to customize the controls is a huge plus, along with the ability to play with a MFi controller.
