Make Better Sense of Your Health Data With Heart Reports

March 12, 2019

Especially if you wear an Apple Watch, there is a huge amount of heart health data stored on your iPhone. And the app Heart Reports wants to help you, and possibly a doctor, help understand that information.

Heart Reports

The main feature of the app is the ability for users to generate a PDF or CSV report for a certain time frame. It can be saved to your iPhone or shared with your doctor or someone else via email or text message.

You can select exactly what information to include in the report. The columns of the CSV file can be reordered as you’d like.

Each report can include a number of different items include minimum, maximum, and average heart rate on a daily basis. Other information that can be included includes heart rate variability average, resting and active heart rate averages, and the number of steps per day.

While the Apple Watch doesn’t take blood pressure automatically, you can also include that information if it was added manually into the Health app.

Heart Reports is designed for the iPhone and can be downloaded now on the App Store for free.
