During the coronavirus pandemic, Zoom has become an essential tool to help us work, learn, and keep up with friends and family while at home. And the new Attendant for Zoom is made to help meeting leaders better control the virtual meetings.
The app is designed to be your Zoom assistant during a call. There are a number of automations you can take tap into.
You can unmute and lower and hand with a single tap, get a quick attendee count. A quick tap will also manage participant audio and video.
As a great option, you can mute/unmute everyone and turn all cameras on or off.
Attendant for Zoom is designed for the iPhone and all iPad models. It can be downloaded now on the App Store for free.
You can unlock a pro subscription for $0.99 per month or $5.99 per year.
With Attendant Pro, you can take advantage of additional features.
Some of those include the ability to sort participants by name, auto readmit participants when the reconnect, count attendance, and manage unlimited raised hands.
While the app isn’t really made for a small Zoom meeting, it can definitely help manage an overflow of participants like during a class or large business meeting.
