Minecraft Earth Early Access Lands in the United States
After first being announced by Mojang in May, Minecraft Earth is now available in early access form in the United States.
Build and Collaborate
Minecraft Earth takes the popular brick-building game to the real world thanks to augmented reality technology.
You can build in tabletop mode at home and then place the creations in the real-world at life-size. Friends can join together to also create communal buildings.
Builds can be populated with unique mobs like the muddy pig and moobloom.
Much like Pokemon Go, you can explore the neighborhood and see other creations and gather resources.
Since the game is still labeled as early access, definitely expect to run into bugs and other issues. A full rollout is expected before the end of the year.
Designed for the iPhone and all iPad models, Minecraft Earth can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. There are in-app purchases available.
The game is also available to download in the UK, Canada, South Korea, Philippines, Sweden, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and Iceland.
