Apple has just announced new additions coming to the Apple Fitness+ subscription service starting Monday, April 19.
A New Time to Walk Episode
A major addition is new workouts geared toward pregnancy and older adults along with new beginner workouts in yoga, HIIT, and strength.
Workouts for Pregnancy consists of 10 workouts across strength, core, and mindful cooldown. Each of the 10-minute options offers tips for modifying the workouts due to body changes.
The workouts for older adults focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and mobility and also shows modifications if needed.
Another Apple Fitness+ feature, Time to Walk, will add a new episode with Jane Fonda on the same day. In honor of Earth Day, she will talk about taking action to fight climate change.
Apple Fitness+ is $9.99 pert month. A three-month, free trial is available for anyone who purchases a new Apple Watch Series 3 or later. Existing Apple Watch users can take advantage of a one-month free trial.
