Samsung loves mocking Apple in television ads especially when new iPhones arrive. Its latest, “Growing Up” is perhaps its best yet.
The 60-second advertisement looks back at 10 years of iPhones and suggests its phones have always been ahead of Apple’s regarding adopting new features. The main character in the ad, who was there when the first iPhone arrived and every one since decides at the end to buy a Samsung phone.
“Growing Up” is definitely worth a look, although I don’t think it will really turn iPhone owners into Samsung buyers, not that the Galaxy S8 maker probably cares. After all, every iPhone X ships with a Samsung OLED display, so it’s a win-win for the South Korean company.
