The amazing Badland 2 is on sale for the first time ever
One of our favorite games of 2015, Badland 2, has just received its first price cut since arriving on the App Store late last year. You can download the beautiful side-scrolling action platformer now for $1.99. It’s usually $4.99.
A new update
The game also received a nice update last week. In version 1.1, gamers can take advantage of 10 new machine infested levels. There is also a new rolling character to play with.
And most intriguingly, developer Frogmind had introduced reactive AI characters to the mix, which should make the game even more interesting.
In the level-based game, you are tasked with exploring each different world. You’ll need to guide your black blob through the treacherous obstacles and search for others. Some of the dangers you’ll encounter include saw blades, spikes, flamethrowers, magma, and much more.

Amplify The Action
Badland 2 features the similar chaos of the original with the ability to clone your character, change its size, and manipulate speed. You need the powers to deal with all kinds of dangers. The sequel also lets you move in all four directions.
Roll Into New Form
The sequel introduces a new ability to become a rolling ball for an all new platformer style. The rolling set-up also allows for all new challenges.
Play Online Challenges
Rather than multiplayer, Badland 2 offers online high score based challenges. There are three different ways to play. You can directly compare your score as each level offers the same settings for every player.
Wrap-up
Designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and all iPad models, Badland 2 can be downloaded now on the App Store. If you’ve been hesitating to check it out because of the price, now is definitely the time to pull the trigger and experience this amazing game.
