While Apple has continued to improve the speakers across the iPad line, especially with the new versions of the iPad Pro, some users are still looking to pump up the volume. And a new Indiegogo project, Ampple, is a high-definition speaker case for a number of different iPad models.

More than three times louder

The major promised improvement is more than three times amplified volume compared to the iPad’s built-in speakers. With the case, you should also be able to hear sound from up to 60 feet away from an iPad at normal listening volume.

Connecting to your iPad via Bluetooth, the Ampple is designed to send audio from its front-facing speakers. It has a built-in 5,000mAH battery that lasts for up to 10 hours on a single charge. As a nice plus, it won’t use power from the iPad itself.

Weighing less than a pound, the case adds only 12-14mm to your iPad.

Even though you will have to be patient, the Ampple definitely looks like a great way to improve the audio coming from an iPad, or any other Bluetooth device.
