Watch Phil Schiller and Craig Federighi Talk Post-WWDC With John Gruber

The video of Gruber's special, live episode of The Talk Show is now available online

Phil Schiller and Craig Federighi, two of Apple's top executives and regular presenters at WWDC (albeit not this year, at least for Schiller), sat down with veteran Apple writer John Gruber for a live episode of his podcast, The Talk Show. The episode aired on Tuesday, and now it's available to watch online.

The episode was indeed recorded one day after Apple's WWDC keynote, and it took place in front of a live audience in San Francisco. In it, the Apple executives discuss watchOS 3, macOS 10.12 Sierra, iOS 10, and a lot more, Gruber explains. And for any Apple fan, it's definitely worth checking out, not the least because Phil Schiller was absent from this year's WWDC keynote presentation (despite significant changes to the App Store). As I said before, Craig Federighi is always great on stage, and as such it's no surprise Apple sent him to represent the company. He really is shaping up to be “the new face of Apple,” if ever there was one.

For more WWDC-related news, check out my colleague Bryan Wolfe's look back at WWDC, or my own op-ed which I published soon after the keynote concluded. We didn't get everything we were hoping for during the keynote, but it was nevertheless one of the best Apple announcement events we've seen in years.
