You Will Now Get Automatic Song Suggestions on SoundCloud
As of today, June 22, SoundCloud users will get even more music to discover and it will come automatically. The company has introduced the Suggested Tracks feature for all of its platforms. These songs will be based on your listening activity and the tunes you like.
To see which tracks are being suggested to you on the SoundCloud app, just tap the search icon from the bottom. You will see all of the recommendations and what they are based on, with options, of course, to listen to these tunes that are new to you.
If you are super new to SoundCloud, you may not see as many recommendations as others. But, rest assured that the more you listen, the more suggestions you will get over time.

Suggested Tracks makes use of our state-of-the-art machine learning algorithm to deliver fresh new music and audio suggestions based on your likes and plays on SoundCloud – refreshing frequently with tracks you won’t find anywhere else. The more you use SoundCloud, the more the algorithm learns and perfects itself, day after day.

If you happen to pop SoundCloud open in your browser, the Suggested Tracks will be on the Discover tab.
SoundCloud is designed for iPhone and iPad with Apple Watch support. It is available on the App Store for free. There is an in-app purchase option for SoundCloud Go ($12 monthly) which removes the ads and unlocks all previews.
This is a pretty cool update to SoundCloud, especially for those who love to veer off the path and check out new artists and songs. What do you think of the new feature?
