Lodged in 2011, the complaint accused Apple, Google, Intel, and Adobe of colluding to not poach one another’s employees.
The original settlement was announced in May.
It looks like U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh could reject the anti-poaching settlement put forward by Apple, Google, and two other companies.
