The FPS InStore App is built for Shop Assistants to provide a connected retail experience that enhances in-store customer service.
With the application, Shop Assistants can access the product catalogue to check availability by stock point as well as helpful customer data such as their favourite designers, order history and wishlists. The FPS InStore App provides access to this information via your commercial iPhone or iPad and is accessible to all FPS partners with a valid account username and password.
Using the app, all Associates will be able to offer an elevated and personalised in-store shopping experience to your customers, by:
• Recommending products
• Adding products that customers love to their wishlist
• Requesting delivery of a product to a fitting room
• Adding products to the customer's shopping bag for them
• Completing the order at checkout
