With an AI assistant for each connected equipment category, the CORTIX platform:
• Understands the context (such as weather, time of day, and building occupancy) in which the equipment operates in
• Understands how that change of context affects equipment performance

This comprehension of the context enables the platform to:
• Quickly identify an issue
• Accurately predict the impact of the problem on equipment performance
• Precisely recommend the appropriate action to be taken, in simple language

With the app, users can:
1) Receive accurate predictions in natural language.
2) Prioritize actions on a ‘to-do’ list. Plan and add activities to a calendar, to get timely notifications.
3) Bookmark and create lists of favorite sites and equipment, for easy access.
4) Look up the history of equipment behavior, replaced parts and completed repairs.
5) View the effectiveness of repairs and fixes during maintenance interventions.
6) Use the library of repairs and parts to plan repairs and the replacement of parts. Scan in the part number and the serial number after replacement, to track actions taken.
7) Export and share the work history over e-mail or to other applications.

The app significantly simplifies the activities of maintenance technicians and their supervisors with its intuitive workflow.
