It's iPhone 4S Launch Day - News And Queues From Around The World

Today, Apple is launching the iPhone 4S in the United States, the UK, Canada, France, Germany, Japan and Australia. If you preordered a handset back on October 7, it should already be in the mail and en route to your door right now (if it hasn't already reached you).
However, some Apple fans aren't taking the delivery option, but have instead started queueing up outside of Apple Stores and third party retailers around the world. In fact, some fans have been queuing for more than just a few hours - Rob Shoesmith has been outside of the Covent Garden Apple Store since October 4, and Craig Fox (of JailbreakCon, formerly "MyGreatFest"), has been queuing outside of an Apple Store in London for a few days now.
Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak was spotted queueing outside of an Apple Store yesterday, and outside of Apple Stores around the world (below), long queues have already formed.
If you haven't preordered an iPhone 4S today but are hoping to purchase one, we have some tips. In short, consider trying your local Best Buy or Wal-Mart. Often, on launch day these stores smaller queues, and do have a limited stock. In the past, this method has worked for us - it could work for you, too.
Below, we're going to upload images of the iPhone 4S launch from around the world. Take a look at them, and be sure to share your launch day stories in the comments.
