Discover And Search For More Eye-Catching Enhancements In Twitter For iOS

November 16, 2012
Just a couple of hours after the latest update to Facebook for iOS was pushed, a brand new update to the iOS client of another popular social network also presented itself. I am, of course, referring to the official iOS app of Twitter, which has just been updated with a number of improvements. "There’s a lot more to see and enjoy when you visit Discover or search to find out what’s happening," reads the updated App Store page of the universal Twitter app. In the new version of Twitter for iOS, you can now see what's popular across your Twitter connections by entering the app's Discover section. The enhanced Discover section now shows tweets that are automagically tailored to your tastes. Appearing right within the Dicover stream, these tweets include enticing photo, video, and article previews. Of course, you can still perform a search within the Discover section. And now, a scrollable stream of relevant photos appears at the top of your search results. Similar to the specially tailored tweets, search results also include media previews. The newly updated Twitter for iOS is available now in the App Store for free. The updated app also features functions for easily resetting your password and managing your follow requests if you happen to have a protected account. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
