Fun Photography App Etchings Gets Updated With iPhone 5 Support, New Filters

Filters are all the rage these days, with Instagram, Twitter, and Flickr all updating their apps with new filters this week.
Etchings didn’t want to be left out of the fun, so the app has now been updated to version 1.5, adding four fun new base filters: Matcha, Sedona, Nocturne, and Lumen.
Matcha has a green tint, while Sedona is sepia colored. Nocturne is a stark inverse black and white filter, while Lumen provides a bright, glowing look. All of the filters take advantage of Etchings innovative etched style.
In addition to new filters, the update brings iPhone 5 support, a redesigned iPad UI, high resolution output up to 3300x3300, and overall performance enhancements.
Finally, there’s a new Florence FX Pack, which can be purchased inside the app for an additional $0.99. It contains an additional six filters.
Etchings is currently available for download in the App Store for $0.99.
