Connect Words, Pictures And Places To Create Stories With Backspaces

The Backspaces Boys are back. No, not with a new album. You're thinking of the wrong group of "back" boys. The Backspaces Boys are back with a big update to their visual story-sharing app Backspaces.
As we noted in our description of the app for our Apps To Ring In The New Year AppList, Backspaces lets you "use the untapped photos in your camera roll to document your life in pictures. [It] allows you to connect words, pictures, and places to create stories and even share them with friends."
And now, creating stories with words, pictures, and places has become easier thanks to Backspaces' latest update, which delivers a couple of major features.
One, the update brings a new high-quality camera, complete with filters and a clarity effect.
And two, the update brings full Facebook Photos integration. Just authorize Backspaces to access your Facebook account and start loading photos from any of your Facebook albums into your stories.
Of course, you can still load photos from your device's photo library and from your Instagram account.
The latest update to Backspaces also adds a toggle setting for maintaining the original aspect ratio of your photos. It also lets you insert text posts between photos by simply tapping the quote button on a photo post and choosing "Insert text post."
Optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 5.0 or later, Backspaces is available in the App Store for free.
