The highly rated all-in-one online video streaming app (and former App Store "Editors' Choice") Frequency has just received another major update. With the new version of Frequency, which is a universal iOS app, you can now find trending and new topic channels in the Guide on iPhone. And Frequency turns out to be also in on the madness that is March Madness. As a result, you can watch highlights of the popular sporting event through the March Madness channel in the app. In addition, the following enhancements are included in the new Frequency update:
  • Flick the video player to skip to next video in full screen or portrait mode
  • Share and Like on Facebook, Save To, and Share to Twitter, Facebook, Email and iMessage
  • Improved YouTube video player controls
  • Bug fixes, crash fixes, and performance improvements
The update also adds new channels to the app, including: Savuer, Mac Life, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Upworthy, NYTimes Magazine, Scientific American, X Factor, Inventors: PBS Digital Studios, PopSugar Entertainment, College Humor, Washington Post, Red Bull Racing, Geekologie, Space.com, and Clevver Music.
