OtterBox’s New 3-D Cases Bring Another Dimension Of Fashion To The iPhone 5

Popular accessory maker OtterBox is really doing a great job of branching out. Well-known for its iconic Defender case for the iPhone, the company has been busy in 2013 introducing an ultra-rugged case, battery case, and even screen protectors to its lineup.
And just recently, OtterBox has added a trio of 3-D cases to its arsenal for the iPhone 5. As part of the Commuter Series, three different versions will be available with interesting art.
Along with a two-layer protection system of shock-absorbing silicone and a tough polycarbonate shell, silicone plugs keep the ports free of dust and grime. A self-adhering screen protector is also included with the package.
The Tropical, Skull, and Western Flower cases are available for $44.95 each and can be purchased directly through OtterBox.
While I’m intrigued by the Skull case, I don’t know if the 3-D graphics are worth $10 more than the regular Commuter cases. I think I'd rather spend twice the money and get the awesome sounding METALLO Case from V-MODA. Who wouldn't want a case that makes the sound of both an unsheathed sword and a locked and loaded gun?
