Pic Stitch, a useful photo-framing app, has received an update. In version 3.7 of the free universal application, users can now take advantage of a revamped photo editor that features a selection of new effects, and iDevice owners also have the option of adding their own background textures to compositions. As of this minute, Pic Stitch can be downloaded free of charge in the App Store.
The app's release notes outline the changes made in version 3.7:
If you aren't familiar with Pic Stitch, the application allows users to combine and frame multiple images on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, and to produce a single composition. While a large selection of frame designs are available to select and use in the app, photographers also have the option of purchasing additional packages in-app, with prices starting at $0.99. Images can be edited from within the application, and finished compositions can be exported to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, via email, or to the Photos app. As mentioned, Pic Stitch can be downloaded free of charge in the App Store, and is a universal application optimized for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
