Play The Puzzling First Chapter Of Unmechanical With Unmechanical Begins
May 22, 2013
Teotl Studios has just announced that its acclaimed puzzle adventure game, Unmechanical, has sold over 100,000 copies on PC and iOS. In celebration of this milestone, it has released a free version of the game on iOS, called Unmechanical Begins.
Indeed, Unmechanical Begins is a good place to start playing Unmechanical if you happen to be reluctant about purchasing the game's full version.
The full version, which was released in the App Store last March, presents different challenges across four chapters. These challenges range from logic problems to physics-based puzzles, put forth for you to solve as you help a little robot helicopter escape a dingy underground world.

For its part, Unmechanical Begins also contains four chapters of challenges. But only the first one is initially unlocked for you to play for free. The remaining three chapters are available to unlock via in-app purchase for $0.99 each.
So, that's about $3 required to unlock the full game within Unmechanical Begins. Not coincidentally, the original and full iOS version of Unmechanical is priced at $2.99.
Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 4.0 or later, Unmechanical Begins is available now in the App Store for free.
In her review of Unmechanical here on AppAdvice, Lory concluded, "Overall, this is a fantastic app for fans of puzzle games like Portal. The graphics are amazing and the gameplay is challenging."
And if you'd rather be challenged by and pay for one chapter at a time, then download Umechanical Begins now.
