Cydia Tweak: Manage Mail, Reminders And More From Notification Center

June 14, 2013
Overview is a brand new jailbreak tweak that puts an impressive widget in Notification Center. With the Overview widget, jailbreakers can access their Mail app emails, Reminders app tasks, and Calendar app events directly from an iPhone or iPod touch's Notification Center. It's also possible to interact with each app (such as reading or deleting email, or completing Reminders app tasks), and users are able to launch the respective applications from within the widget itself, via a tap and hold gesture. In the Settings app, Overview users can configure how the jailbreak tweak works. Here, you can alter the clock format, enable or disable notifications from the apps Overview takes care of, adjust Overview's preview options, and more.

Do remember, however, that in order to enable Overview, users must drag the jailbreak tweak into Notification Center in the "Notifications" section of their iDevice's Settings app. Overview is currently available to download in the Cydia Store (via the BigBoss repository) for $1.99.
