After announcing the game late last year, developer Illusion Labs has just released the first teaser trailer for Touchgrind Skate 2, the followup to the popular skateboard game first released in the App Store almost five years ago. Here’s the complete trailer. Click here if you can’t see the video. The original game, released in 2008 was one of the first iOS titles I remember playing. It really did a nice job of showing how developers could produce exciting apps just for the iPhone. Building on the success of the original game, the developer later launched Touchgrind BMX that brought the same control system to sport bikes. If you’re interested, you can still download the original Touchgrind in the App Store. The iPhone/iPod touch version is $4.99 while the HD edition for the iPad/iPad mini is $7.99. Touchgrind BMX is a universal title and can be purchased for $4.99.
